Easy Recipe

1 Can of Chicken Breast

1 Can of Mushrooms

4 Eggs

2 Pieces of Toast on a plate

Poor the cans in a stove top pan...

Then crack eggs in the pan...

Leave heat at just about medium...

Stir periodically with a fork like untensil...

Let the broth cook down to almost evaporated & then turn off stove...

Place toast on plate...

Place on toast till desire....

& Viola...

A great light carb high protein meal...

If you cook a steak to a nice & juicy form...

Carmelize bananas & onions with a hint of vanilla to poor on the steak....

I wonder how that would taste....

Kiwi Honey Salad...

Kiwi Honey Salad...

Slice 3 kiwi's & place in medium mixing bowl...

Pour 1 cup of almonds, 3 full swirls of honey, & 1 full spray of lime juice...

Mix & serve with a cold glass of juice or water & enjoy...
