Fish & Chicks...

Fish & Chicks...

A: Take a filet of Salmon & put in a small pan & sprinkle garlic powder & a little bit of season salt over the fish, putting in oven for about 15 minutes on 275.

B: While fish is cooking slowly, put a chicken breast in a pan on a medium heat, sprinkled over the top with a touch of Lemon Pepper & just a touch of olive oil to keep the chicken from sticking, cooking to moist white delight...

C: Take a two Portobello mushrooms while everything is cooking & chop them up into mini pieces...

D: Pull the fish out when finished, placing on a plate.

E: Then placing the moist chicken breast halfway over the filet, sprinkling the mushrooms over both the chicken & fish, pouring a little bit of melted butter over the top & viola...
