B: Place a fish filet in frying pan on medium heat, sprinkling lime over the top, & placing lid over pan to simmer...

C: After water comes to a bowl, pour Brown Rice in pot, lower heat as needed & stir rice slowly...

D: Chop up Fresh Mushrooms & place in rice, lower heat to simmer & keep stirring...

E: Pour Brown Rice on a plate, placing cooked Filet on top of Brown Rice, sprinkling more Lime over the dish, then Bon Appetite...
